Ci4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ci4 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ci4 platform via our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also published on this site.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the ci4 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply to all ci4 platform users, including those browsing without a registered account, registered users, and users conducting financial transactions through the platform.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of ci4 platform services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation
- Notifying the ci4 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Keep all your profile information accurate and up to date
Ci4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to take reasonable security precautions. Users who suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation should contact [email protected] immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ci4 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to access or exploit the platform
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with ci4's systems or servers
- Impersonating another user or providing false information during registration or use of the platform
- Transferring or sharing your account with any other party
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities through this platform
- Using this platform if you are under the applicable minimum age or are located in a jurisdiction where access to these services is prohibited by law
Ci4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the relevant account.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ci4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and IBG bank transfer.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. ci4 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any suspicious or unverified transactions will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to a verified Malaysian local bank account registered in the same name as the ci4 account holder. ci4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals that take longer than usual may be subject to additional security review.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct. ci4 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from errors made by the user when entering transaction information.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ci4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that compromises the safety of other users or the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any credit balance in the affected account may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ci4 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ci4 platform — including designs, graphics, text, logos, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ci4 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ci4.
Third-Party Links
The ci4 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. ci4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ci4 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Your continued use of the ci4 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our team to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal process under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
